Automatic Protocol Systems (APS) lets a sports federation or an independent club run competitions: entries, heats by the rules of the sport, timing, protocols, results and their publication. The service is operated by Web Diesel.
Access is given by the organisation you belong to or by invitation. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
Data entered by a federation or a club belongs to it. The organisation confirms that it has the right to enter this data, including the personal data of athletes, coaches and officials, and gives APS the right to process it to provide the service.
Do not try to gain access to the data of other organisations, disrupt the service, upload malicious files, or use the service for anything unlawful.
Heats, progression and places are calculated by the published rules of the sport and the settings of the competition. Responsibility for the official result lies with the officials who sign the protocol. A signed protocol is not changed; a correction is a new version.
Paid plans, their price and period are shown before payment. Without an active subscription the organisation keeps read-only access to its data; a competition already in progress is not interrupted.
We work to keep the service available and the data safe and make backups, but the service is provided «as is»: we do not promise that it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the last twelve months.
An organisation may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms. On request we delete the data of an organisation, except what the law requires us to keep.
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the current version. Questions: support@automaticprotocolsystems.com.
